Dartmouth lands five on Steele All-Ivy League teams

Five members of the Dartmouth Big Green earned All Ivy League first-team and second-team honors from Phil Steele.
Wide receiver Tanner Scott and running back Nick Schwieger earned first-team honors on offense. Shawn Abuhoff landed on the first team as a return specialist, and on the second team as a cornerback.
Also selected to the second team: linebacker Garrett Wymore and place-kicker Foley Schmidt.
Dartmouth hopes those five players can raise the Big Green from the depths of the Ivy League. Dartmouth finished seventh in the eight-team conference in 2009, going 2-5 in conference play and 2-8 overall.
Dartmouth opens the season Sept. 18 at Bucknell. The Ivy League schedule starts Oct. 2 at defending conference champion Penn.
